What is the deadline to register for the Convention?
There is no deadline to register, however, we recommend you register by January 31, 2018 in order to receive the early bird pricing.
Can I attend as a non member?
Yes of course! Non members pay $1,250 before the early bird deadline, and $1,350 after. If you are interested in joining ISA and attending at the member rate, visit the membership page to learn more.
How will I receive my badge?
Don't worry. You can pick up your badge on-site at the registration area. You will be able to view how your information will appear on your badge and make any necessary edits before printing.
Something came up and I am no longer able to attend. Can someone else from my company attend in my place?
No problem! Email info@isapartners.org with the person coming in your place, and we will take care of transferring the registration.
I can no longer attend and need to cancel my registration completely. How do I cancel my registration?
All you need to do is send a written request for cancellation by email to info@isapartners.org. You will receive a refund less a $125 administration fee.
Please note: After March 31, we are not able to issue a refund for a cancelled registration or booth purchase.
I don’t need a booth. Can I register and not purchase a booth (Manufacturers and Service Providers only)?
If you are a Manufacturer/Service Provider: Yes... your first registered attendee will need to pay the non exhibiting fee and any further attendees from your company can pay the regular attendee rate.
Can I register for the convention at the member rate even though I haven’t renewed my dues yet for 2018?
You must pay your 2018 dues before registering at the member rate for the Convention. If you register without paying your 2018 dues, you will be invoiced the non-member registration fee.
